Chat UI blocking Engage controls

When using chat help, the bottom banner in engage overlaps the bottom of the text chat, so it's not very usable. It would be nice if it floated or would be above that line the engage has across the bottom <-Back Next->

Same for mobile app (or even worse since we use the app [only] during the event). There is no way to close the popup windows, unless you open the window and then close.

I second this! the box is a bit cumbersome. Floating, resizing, or a simple minimize while waiting for responses would be ver helpful.
