A guest mode method via an email link that allows volunteers to scan without being invited to/users of the account.

I absolutely need to be able to allow my event hosts to check in guests without allowing them access to the entire account. This seems pretty fundamental to hosting events.

I completely agree. I have to allow contractors access for very specific purposes and don't like that they have access to nearly everything.

I agree. It is very important to protect the personal information in our database- in this case by restricting access when volunteers are using the Givebutter app to just those needed to use the app. The editor option restricts access to financials but not to our donor's personal information.

Agreed! Admins aren't usually the ones working the door at an event, so this makes a lot of sense!

This is probably my #1 request/need with regard to Givebutter. Currently there is a security risk and privacy issue (donor info). Please consider making this a high priority!

If ticket sales and scanning are part of the options, then a restricted area for scanning is a must. Volunteers do not need access to anything else on our platform.

Yes! I had to make a "dummy" admin account for our event this past Saturday in order for our volunteers to scan tickets. I was a little nervous about handing over the ipads logged in since that meant the volunteers had full access to our account.

TIffany Crumpton: Did you run into any issues with multiple people logged in as the same user at the same time?
TIffany Crumpton
Marie Anderson: We did not have any issues with that. I had 7 iPads logged into the same account and it worked fine. I went back after the event and cleared the history and removed the saved password from all of the iPads since we use them in our classrooms.
