I had to delete my original post as I die of embarrassment. My only defense is that I was laid out with the flu for 5 days and thought I could work from home. Many thanks to Jesse Saldana for the patient reply though they could have just posted head smacking emoji and it would have been appropriate. Also want to thank Chris Bohn who had to deal with my flu brain yesterday as well. Aside from the app freezes at an event last week we have had NOTHING but wonderful experience with GiveButter to date.

Corey Hollenbeck: Thanks for the note and sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with the card reader.
I can assure you that the card reader is compatible via a Bluetooth connection with an iPhone or iPad. The card reader does need charging, which you can do ahead of an event so that you have a full battery.
I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer support team through the chat bubble or at support@givebutter.com. They will be able to help diagnose this further with you.

Love the app. I've been eagerly waiting for this because we do a lot of popsicle stands and take donations in person. The QR codes are good, but a lot of times people just want to hand over their card so this is perfect.
I know this is a first release version and you have a roadmap all your own, but here are a few feedback ideas:
- Would like ability to customize or add quickset donation options. May be helpful to scale up for fundraising galas ($100, $250, $500, $1000) and scale down for festivals ($2, $5, $10, $20), etc.
- Ability to buy tickets (and products like a t-shirt that is non tax deductible giving) as well as quick donation.
- Start with Shift to uppercase the first letter of First name like last name does.
- "Finalize Payment" take you to "Create Contact" sheet if no supporter selected instead of error message.
- Dream ability to pull customer email/name from credit card, but I think this is Square that does this instead of Stripe.

Would love to have a Givebutter app that does the ticket scanning! The browser version is fine, but I honestly checked the app store for the ticket scanner before realizing it was built in on the website.

It is mobile friendly but when designing your graphics you have to keep in mind how SMALL everything will be on mobile and design accordingly :)
