Please provide a process for verification of projects using a project email but under a fiscal sponsor and EIN.

Many social impact organizations doing excellent work are not yet legally registered, but are fiscally sponsored, for myriad reasons. This is a critically important element to be included as an option on your platform.

This would be hugely helpful. If it aligned with Benevity, where "Projects" were under "Causes" that shared a parent EIN that would be amazing, but really any way we can set it up, the better!

Really hoping this feature comes along! I can't even figure how to navigate starting a Givebutter without verification for our scholarship fund which is under a fiscal sponsorship - and I know verification would make it all easier!

Same - we are a satellite operating for 15 years in a different state, operate independently but use the same EIN. Our email is different, our website is different. Can't complete admin requirement.

The IRS/Charities website can be behind on it's posts and will include false information/leave legal information out regarding recent filings. As a nonprofit that had a late filing, I was legal to eflie before which time my revocation was posted on the "revocation list". It had said it would use the date of the automatic revocation or the date of that it posted in the revocations list, whichever is later. It also said that they would return any filings that they would not accept. My efiling complies with both, and updated for when I hadn't filed, as required. I had sent an email to the secretary, as instructed in the USC, and after that point I was able to access the efile system. But the information on the website claims that my NPO has been revoked and does not list the last filings I was successful with. I also have proof in my own files, having received reply to that regard, and nowhere did it say that they were being rejected. Due to the fact that misleading information is present in the IRS/Charities website, that is not my fault, it would help my NPO and others experiencing syntax problems, to either ask for a temporary waiver of the requirements to be listed in GuideStar or to make use of an umbrella organization after having provided documents proving our statements. Furthermore, I'm finding it difficult to change back to an individual or team while my verification is pending. When going to the account, etc., as directed by the BOT, I only find the information regarding the pending status. I do not find how to partially utilize the website.
