- Live tax-deductible amount preview on ticket, bundle, and auction item forms so organizers can see the deductible before saving

- Two new webhook events — plan.failed and refund.created — let integrations respond to recurring payment failures and refund processing in real time.
Bug Fixes & Maintenance
We also shipped a wide range of fixes and behind-the-scenes updates, including:
- Fixed recurring plan transactions not correctly associating with the original contact, causing incorrect “First Donation Date” in reports; backfilled affected historical data
- Fixed issue in auctions that could result in two winners being declared for the same item
- Fixed ticket bundles being oversold when multiple donors checked out simultaneously
- Fixed tax deductibility settings not displaying for verified beneficiary accounts
- Fixed multiple Engage email editor issues, including merge tags not inheriting the surrounding font, SVG images causing draft load failures, and tables stretching beyond the email container
- Fixed Engage onboarding checklist issues, including previously verified accounts being asked to redo setup and checklist progress resetting after the onboarding survey was completed
- Fixed slow and unresponsive contact filters (e.g., filtering by country) caused by an inefficient address lookup
- Fixed birthday and first-time donor workflow triggers not firing correctly in all applicable scenarios
- Fixed offline transactions not appearing in a contact’s Activity tab
- Fixed email subscription events not being recorded for contacts created through ticket purchases or auction bids
