- Move donations between campaigns – Transfer online donations (including recurring gifts) from one campaign to another. Works for both past donations and future recurring installments.
- Canva integration – Connect Canva directly from your Integrations tab, then use it across Givebutter editors to create and import designs. You can now pull in existing Canva designs, including multi-page files, for a smoother, more flexible design workflow.
- Appeals tracking – Use Appeals to track how donations were solicited on top of Campaigns and Funds. Create appeals, tag or import transactions with appeal data, and report on performance via exports so you can see which outreach efforts drive donations.
- Recurring Apple Pay and Google Pay – Donors using Apple Pay or Google Pay can now choose monthly, quarterly, or yearly schedules—making digital wallets a first-class option for recurring giving.
- Magic filters (Beta) – Filter your contacts (and recurring plans) using natural language. Ask questions like “LYBUNT donors who gave over $100 last year” and let Magic Filters build the criteria for you. Currently in beta and improving with every query.

- Added a Givebutter fee covered column to the Transactions report for clearer fee visibility
- New filters to view transactions and tickets by used promo codes, plus filters on the promo codes table
- Added campaign data for Meta Pixel on auction pages for better tracking
- Restored expanded bidder details in auction tables so you can see more contact info at a glance
- Allow users to unarchive campaign custom fields

- Improved contact importer usability by moving subscription status columns next to their related communication methods
- Added direct mail subscription status as an import column for contacts and companies
- Magic filters improvements: faster prompts, better date handling, and richer logging to make AI-powered filters more accurate and reliable
- Added first and last activated timestamps to workflows to help troubleshoot when automations were published and started running
- Created a new Settings > Developers tab for APIs, webhooks, and widgets, and refreshed the Integrations layout for easier navigation

- Added pledge-specific merge fields (pledge total, next installment amount, due date, and portal link) for more targeted pledge emails
- Improved scheduled email clarity by showing both date and time in the “Scheduled for” column
- Better handling of link verification and BCC activity logging, especially when multiple contacts share the same email address
Mobile App
- Fixed navigation from Bidder Details → Pending Items → Auction Item
- Improved ticket list item layout to better support large accessibility text sizes
- Addressed a ticket double-scan issue that could show “already checked in” when it wasn’t accurate
- Fixed the “mark as anonymous” toggle so it works as expected
- Ensured event stats stay in sync by invalidating event stats cache on check-in and mark-absent actions
Growth
- Replaced default images with branded Givebutter images on unpublished campaign pages
- Restricted profile panel editing to admins for better security
- Added public verification status checks for fiscally sponsored accounts
- Updated platform fee calculations to use dynamic percentage values
- Added a sync status indicator for Meta Donate campaigns in the dashboard
- Continued accessibility work: improved heading structure, landmarks, and overall WCAG compliance across the dashboard
Treasury
- Removed the email option from the 2FA challenge on Finance > Settings to improve account security
- Added a Giving Tuesday 1% Match banner to the dashboard home screen to highlight seasonal promotions
Bug Fixes & Maintenance
We also shipped a wide range of fixes and behind-the-scenes updates, including:
- Resolved Zapier integration issues related to duplicate titles and webhook fetching
- Fixed multiple pledge export and duplication edge cases, especially when contacts were archived or lacked fund assignments
- Improved reliability for workflow bulk actions, End-of-Year summaries, and synced message content
- Fixed various auction bugs, including buy-now prices incorrectly set lower than starting bids, draft item issues, and bidder count accuracy
- Ensured event seating table sorting works as expected and prevents creating a new seating table while one is already being created
- Corrected image upload validation messages, heights, and story text color application
- Fixed issues where tickets converted to products didn’t respect a campaign’s “Accepting payments” status
