Chat Widget Not Useable When Logged In

Some users are experiencing a bug where they are not able to use the support chat when they are logged into their Givebutter dashboards.
They can see the intercom widget in the bottom right corner, and they can see the "chat" button in the top right of the dashboard, but clicking on either of these buttons results in no action.
There are no error codes, messages, or anything - nothing happens at all. They have to log out to use the chat functionality.
