Definitely this. I just tried to find a contact whose last name is "Thomas" and you can imagine how many records this pulled up.

I think if someone types two words like "David Diskin" it should narrow the search results to requiring both of those words (in any order).

Note this would be useful anywhere a name search appears, not just the dashboard. I'm thinking of the "Merge" field but I'm sure there's more.
