Specifically, those government entities (public schools) that operate under the exemptions of 115(1) and can accept tax-deductible charitable contributions under 170(c)1. GuideStar does not list these entities at this time, meaning there is no current route for verification for public schools not fundraising through external 501(c)3 booster/PTO organizations.
