This should be made a priority and added to all donate forms/processes. I just read the below and came to see if the feature existed in GB.

That's what happened when one of my clients turned on a feature that was already sitting in their Fundraise Up account: the Abandoned Donation Reminder. A donor starts to give, closes the tab, and the platform automatically sends up to four follow-up emails to bring them back.

Also track anyone who starts to make a donation and leaves their email in order to check on donation failures. Sometimes the donation process does not finish properly and the donor doesn't realize it. Other platforms have a Visitor list showing info about who did not complete a donation or payment. This could allow for a manual follow up, which may be a lot easier to implement than an automatic follow up as a first step. But this is critical. I have had two donors in the last couple of weeks whose donations did not complete for some reason. I later found out about it because they mentioned it to me. Otherwise I would not have known.
