Organizations that maintain relationships between Individual and Company contacts would like to personalize Engage emails using the associated company’s name without having to duplicate that information in the Individual contact’s Employer field.

Expected Behavior:

If Jane Smith is an Individual contact who has a relationship with ABC Company, a merge tag such as contact.related_company_name would populate ABC Company when an Engage email is sent to Jane.

This would make Contact → Company relationships more useful within Engage and reduce the need to manually maintain the same company information in multiple fields.
