User feedback: Organizations would like more customization options for mailed letters, specifically the ability to manually adjust font size and apply light branding or styling. This would help mailed communications feel more on brand, similar to (but simpler than) the email builder.

Absolutely!!!! The mailing looks like junk mail and/or a bill. Being able to include our logo in the see through window would be great, but better yet would be customizing the envelope to include our logo on the front.

Agreed! Our team thought the mailing, formatted as is, looks like a bill and will often get looked over. Options to customize and include remittance envelopes would be great!

I would prefer mailings to not use the #10 window envelope and instead be able to have a branded envelope.

Yes, I was a bit surprised how much my mailing looked like an invoice and not a friendly message from your favorite nonprofit.
