Make it possible to send messages through each individual contact's details. Say, next to the individual's phone number, a drop-down menu that would allow you to send a thank you to that person.

Really important feature! Also, the contacts dashboard should allow the user to COPY the email or phone number of the desired contact appearing in the search results, without having to open the individual contact record. If I'm searching Givebutter for multiple contacts email and/or phone, it would eliminate multiple steps if we didn't have to open each record to copy the email or phone, then go back to contacts and search again for the next person. Being able to copy contact info from the search results screen would greatly improve efficiency. Thanks!
