We just released an update to the Engage metrics screen. From you sent messages, you can now access a new view that include the existing metrics and a brand new filterable recipients list that include export functionality.

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to filter or segment contacts by email engagement within a specific date range, for example, identifying those who have not opened any emails so far this year.
This would be especially valuable for organizations trying to manage active contact limits and maintain healthy engagement rates.
