I frequently get complaints that we don't send out our newsletter anymore. We, in fact, send the newsletter out on the 15th of every month. If I could download who isn't opening our newsletter consistently I would know who I should write to or call and tell them to check their spam. Once the spam is moved into their inbox the problem would be solved.
The Ability to export a CSV of unopened, bounced, unsubscribed emails would help us clean up our database. It is indispensible.
