Option to view/show the full description of ticket custom fields on the app

Currently, the mobile app doesn't display the description of the ticket custom fields. This is an issue if a waiver is required to be signed before a ticket purchase is made.

This is critical. We ask custom questions on tickets that include emergency contact info. Seeing this on the app would make it much easier to identify that information if we need it. We also ask if they are bringing any minor children - that too would be nice to be able to see when checking a volunteer in.
