Ability to add Tickets as "Offline Transactions"

Adding the ability to manage tickets offline will allow admins to control inventory and assign complimentary tickets in the dashboard. This feature will no longer require admins to create an offline transaction with a promo code or the need to make tickets active/inactive.

Not having this feature makes using the Paddle Raise system pretty much impossible. If someone purchases a ticket for a friend or purchases a table, you can't enter paddle raise donations for them at all. We need to be able to enter comp tickets on our back end for the Paddle Raise system to work. Or be able to add a contact who is bidding on the silent auction to the event on the back end

this is a definite need! especially because when you add a transaction, you think it's creating a ticket, but it's not.

This is crucial and looks like many organizations have the same need. Is there an ETA on this feature? We need to decide if we can continue to use Give Butter for our fundraising needs but this is crucial. Thanks!
