Ability to Print a Physical Receipt for Offline Transaction

User wanted us to be able to print a receipt for added offline transaction even without a donor's email.

I find it pretty shocking that we can't print out invoices/eceipts for our auction attendees whether they are paying by cash, credit, or check.
