Include an "Insta-Charge" capability where users enter in the donation information for the donor and it processes on the backend instead.

For context, currently you can use the mobile app which supports Tap to Pay (on Android) or swipe (with an M2 reader).
But if you're speaking to a donor over the phone, or processing a slip they mailed you, there's no way to take their donation via Givebutter.
I realize these types of transactions sometimes have a slightly higher fee (because they're not as secure), but it's still a nice option to have.
