Jesse Saldana: Thank you for completing this! Will there be instructions on how to view one person's supporters? And will I be able to view one person's supporters for an event in the past?
Liz DeCecco
If you have any insight, Jesse Saldana, that would be great, as we have a current fundraiser going on with different teams and team members. Thanks! :)

Liz DeCecco:
Your team members can view their supporters from their Manage Fundraiser view: You can share this help article with them for instructions: https://help.givebutter.com/en/articles/3270211-how-to-set-up-your-team-member-page.
As an admin, the best way to view supporters for your team members would be from the Transactions page. When you click "Filter", you'll have the option to filter by Team or Team Member. If you want to filter this down further, you could select the specific campaign(s) you want to look at.
Let me know if that answers your question and good luck with your campaign!
If you have additional questions when you're pulling these reports, feel free to reach out to our support team using the "Chat" button in the header on your Givebutter dashboard or via email at support@givebutter.com.

This would be helpful. I would like to have a list of everyone who donated to my page (all I see is 12 supporters) Why can't we see who those supporters are?

This would be helpful.

Yes!! We had a number of team leaders (team members in givebutter parlance) complain that they did not like this system because they could not see a report of who donated to their team. Did not want to have to keep track of individual emails. Previous system we used Did allow team leaders (actually anyone) to see who donated to a particular team, so this is a big problem for us. We don’t want our champion fundraisers to be unhappy before we even start our next peer to peer campaign!

The only way I can let a Team leader know who has responded under their Team Display Name is to (1) get a transaction report for the Campaign and sort it by "Member"; (2) copy all the rows for a team; and then (3) email that list of team transactions to the Campaign Member (also known as the Team Contact) wanting to know the team status. It sure would be nice if that could be done in one easy step in the administrative report. Maybe a column could be added to the Team Members report that could be clicked to get the team transactions emailed to the Team Contact?

It would be great if a team had a team lead and that lead could hit a button called "encourage your team" and it would go to the team. Right now, we have program names as the teams, but there is no team lead and so no real learning within the team about the program work or a way to get out this encouragement through the campaign (apart from downloads. )
