I have a recurring donor who retired and her monthly gift was tied to that email. Shortly after, her card was compromised which affected her gift to us. She cannot pull her past giving emails to make the update to the new card and I cannot make it for her. This admin ability would be so helpful to update their monthly gifts for them instead of putting the work solely on the donor.

Our donors always call us to update their cc information, or change the amount of their recurring donation. Please implement a way for admins to update client/donor information.

We work with many older donors who, when they need to update their credit card information, prefer to provide the new details directly to us rather than making the changes online themselves. Because the system only allows donors to update their own information, we’ve unfortunately lost three donors as a result. Hoping to have a better solution soon!

Adding this use-case: Restarting a recurring donation. Like canceling and starting a new one should payment information was stored.

This would be useful.

One of our users suggested adding quick sort functionality to more columns in the Transactions recurring tab, not just date fields. They’d love to sort by campaign, status, amount, etc., across transactions, tickets, recurring plans, and pledges. It’s a feature they’d definitely use.

Any update? It’s been awhile that this has been planned and would LOVE to see this in progress soon.
