Add the ability to filter Contacts by their geographic location, including:
- Zip code
- Radius from address
- City
- State

Oh, I like this idea. In particular, radius from address. That will help with metro areas.

To have a "Between" option to specify ZIP code range. For example, the goal is to get everyone in Sacramento area which requires a range like 95600 to 95899. We want to be able to get the ZIP codes in that range instead of having an "Equals" option only.

Another alternative to this would be to filter by distance, allowing the user to enter a ZIP code and a range (like "Within 30 miles").
