I'd love to occasionally call it "Registration". Ticketmaster gets real touchy when their venues sell seats without using Ticketmaster. As a tiny event, we can get away with it, but Ticketmaster insists we don't use the word "ticket".

Yes, being able to change the word "tickets" to items. Or to not have "tickets" at all so that each charity can use the wording that they would like. First instance for our upcoming event, we've named all of our "ticket" items that they can select to add to their cart, but the copy prior to each is "Ticket 1, Ticket 2, Ticket 3," etc. This is especially confusing when the item they are selecting is not a ticket but a sponsorship level, or a bundle of raffle tickets etc. So not only does it look visually confusing, but our guests will be even more confused when they're asked to add in their name, email, and phone number after EVERY item they selected, and when they receive QR codes for everything (even though there's no need for them). It there has to be something listed, "Item 1, Item 2, Item 3" seems to make more sense since that can be anything, as opposed to a ticket being something that someone associates with needing to get into something.

We use "tickets" to register as a volunteer. I would like to see other options for "Tickets". Perhaps "registrations" could be an option.
