This feature is an absolute necessity. It reflects so poorly on our organization to not be able to meet the needs of our event attendees who purchase multiple tickets and need to refund just one of them. This is such a common issue we deal with for every ticketed event.

Do to my error people were changed excessive shipping fees. Please allow partial refunds. It looks like a lot of people are having the same type of situations. This would definitely be an enhancement to your platform.

I don't understand how this isn't an option. There are so many applications for this. Mine would be to refund shipping for people who are picking up local (because there's no option for local pickup removing shipping costs).

We just had a situation where I needed to do a partial refund to keep someone happy. And I was dismayed that I could not. Please please fix this
