This is an obvious feature you should have had before launching the product in the first place. Every other industry competitor has it. Who wants a dull generic email when it can be customized at least in a template that we as the organization provide and the user can customize it as needed.

Team members should 100% be able to customize their emails to donors.

This would be a very helpful feature.

It's absurd that you don't automatically allow Team Members to personalize donor invitations. This is fundraising 101.

I would like the customizable letter. We had the feature available with a different platform and it worked great. Also, it is very difficult to track donations to the team vs. individuals. Very cumbersome to manage and thank donors.

I would like as admin to customize the letter response that goes out to invites in peer to peer/team. Right now it goes out under my churches name. The money is not for the church but the campaign...it makes it very misleading like we are raising money for the church and not our missions...
