Ability to filter transactions based on specific keyword(s) found in the Internal Notes section of a transaction. All transactions that include internal notes with the filtered keyword(s) would come up in the result(s).

this would really help. Use case - I am trying to figure out how to organize my board members as a class of donors I can track and see their donations all in one place. If they all had internal notes and I did a search I could see who I needed to bug for a gift.
