Jesse Saldana thank you and the Give Butter team for making this happen! My board is going to be thrilled to learn that this is now available.

Jesse Saldana thank you!

Jesse Saldana It still asks donors to leave a public message of support. Can this be disabled? Thanks - really excited about this feature!

Jesse Saldana Awesome! "Thank you" to you and the team for the addressing this. Givebutter is making it happen.

Sloan Sweigart: Hi Sloan, our support team can disable the giving space slide if you reach out to them via the chat widget in your Givebutter dashboard. We will be adding this setting to the dashboard very soon as well. https://community.givebutter.com/raise/p/remove-giving-space-slide.

Jesse Saldana Thank you so much! We have camp signups online and it felt like a privacy issue publishing families names and amounts spent when this information can be very sensitive.

Jesse Saldana also just FYI we were never notified about this update, even though we were part of the vote for it, and were informed we would be contacted when complete.

Tinworks Art: Hi Tinworks Art - these email notifications are set to send automatically to all voters and commenters when we update the status. Would you be able to check your spam folder and see if it may have ended up there?

Jesse Saldana This is great news, thank you so much!

Hi Givebutter, any news on updating this? It really is a problem for some events.

i'd love to hide the message or at least be able to change the prompt. i'm using this for an earth day festival event and having the 'grandma and grandpa' prompt will definitely confuse people.

I cannot believe that there isn't an easy way to turn off the supporter feed, either on an individual event basis or org-wide. It feels invasive to share that info publicly, or even with the other people who are RSVPing! Please create this function ASAP!

Ashlie Flood 100% agree with this! Please add this features ASAP!!!!

AGREE - please hide the <- Show Your Support page - it slows down entry

Do not like the supporter feed or "leave a note option" this slows down the donation process. Too many clicks and options is bad for the donation experience. Please remove!!

Would love to be able to hide supports names. We now have scammers trying to "sell" tickets using our supporters names. They see who supported our event and is using that info to scam people. The feature to hide the actual names would help.

People are pretty private and I wouldn't want them not to donate or buy a ticket because they don't want to be displayed on the page. Not everyone is tech savvy enough to look for a check box to opt out. This will result in my office getting request from supporters wanting to make donations directly to us to avoid being on display, which defeats the purpose of using Givebutter.
Please make it optional for the company running the campaign to turn off the supporter feed and ticket sale feed.
