Improve Support Feed Comment Notifications

When a supporter donates and leaves a comment on an open fundraiser, organizations need to see that original supporter comment immediately so they can respond in a timely and thoughtful way.
Currently, comment notifications are triggered for all supporter feed comments, including comments made by the organization itself. This can feel confusing, since organizations may receive notifications for their own replies instead of just the original supporter message they’re trying to respond to.
It would be incredibly helpful if:
Notifications clearly prioritized original supporter comments
Organizations did not receive notifications for their own replies
Comment notifications felt more intuitive and action-oriented for real-time engagement
