Include Paddle Raise pledges and offline commitments in Live Display fundraising progress

We use Givebutter’s Live Display during our event to show guests our fundraising progress in real time, particularly during our Paddle Raise.
We need Paddle Raise pledges and offline commitments to count toward the Live Display fundraising total as soon as they are recorded, rather than only after the payment has been processed.
For our event, some donors will make commitments during the Paddle Raise but ultimately pay by check or another offline method. Those gifts are still legitimate commitments toward our fundraising goal, but because they haven't been processed as payments yet, they don't appear in the fundraising progress shown to guests.
For example, if our Paddle Raise goal is $30,000 and guests have committed $25,000 during the live ask, we want the Live Display to show $25,000 of progress even if some of those donors haven't completed payment yet.
This is especially important during a live fundraising moment because the visual progress bar creates momentum and helps the auctioneer or MC encourage additional giving. If offline pledges aren't reflected, the amount displayed can significantly understate what has actually been committed in the room.
Ideally, we could choose whether the Live Display reflects processed revenue only or processed revenue + outstanding Paddle Raise pledges/commitments.

Agreed!
We opted not to use the live display because it was so far off from paddle pledges the auctioneer was taking that would be completed after the event. It was a big disappointment, that thankfully we found prior to the event.
