"Today, when a campaign is duplicated, it is immediately LIVE if the prior one is still active or has activity. Please toggle the first setting under Settings for Publish Campaign = OFF for the duplicated campaign. Alternatively, ASK in a dialog box when pressing the Duplicate button."
