Option to have an additional button for just donations when creating an Event that also uses tickets or RSVPs.

I would very much like the ability to customize buttons/widgets so that you can choose what tickets are available (which tickets the widget shows). That is, the ability to create multiple widgets for a campaign so that you can embed a button/widget to sell one ticket on this page, and another one (or two, etc) on another page. This would be incredibly helpful.

It would be wonderful to have a ticket button in the Event details section as well!

3 years later still no separate buttons, so frustrating!

Basically, just let us create as many customizable buttons as we need: tickets, donate, sponsor, pay my post-event invoice, etc.

The ability to have a specific button for sponsors would be awesome, too!

Agreed. You should be able to go to the page and choose whether you want to donate or purchase tickets. It could be a family member who is not available for the event but would like to support the cause. They don't know it click on "get tickets" in order to see the confusing "no, thanks, I'd rather donate option."

Yes, definately confusing to users who only want to donate and not purchase tickets to the event, because they can't attend, and visa versa. Thank you, it is definately needed!!

Hi there! This is particularly important for me. I would be able to run so many more campaigns on GiveButter with this feature.
Specifically, for our campaigns, we have a volunteer group that runs a peer to peer donation campaign. They also organize an event. But we typically start fundraising first, and then in the final 2 weeks of fundraising, we turn on event ticketing (this is because the group starts fundraising right away, but they need time to find an event location etc, so event tickets go live later once the location and time has been secured).
It’s all one campaign so we don’t want to run two separate campaigns in give butter with separate thermometers.
Having two buttons and the event registration button being able to be turned off or on would be extremely helpful. It also allows us to stop ticket sales but continue to allow people to donate if we need to cut off sales in order to prep for the event.
Please consider splitting the two buttons and the ability to turn either button (or at least event registrations) off or hidden!
More than happy to talk through our use case if it is supportive to the dev team!

YES! It's so confusing for the customer to have to click donate in order to view the tickets. Half the time they leave the page and don't buy tickets!!

Kate Shelley: Agreed! I was confused at first when testing our event. At the very least having something that says "skip" or makes it more obvious that the donation is optional would be helpful.
