Specific access for "editor-only"

User wants an “editor-only” role that allows volunteers or staff to upload banners, photos, and branding content, while restricting access to sensitive areas.
The issue with the current Campaign Editor role is that it still grants access to:
View transaction details
View contact details
Export data/reports
Use outbound Engage features
Access the mobile app
They are specifically asking for a literal editor-only role.

This is critical! Use case: We have volunteers who regularly host events, and I need them to be able to create, edit, and manage event pages in our GB account. Yet our data privacy policy (and best practice) prevents me from giving them access to sensitive donor data (donation history, contact info, etc). I’m stuck now, and have to assign a staff member to create and manage each event campaign instead of empowering my volunteers to do this.
