This allows editing the story especially with really long stories to have a better experience. Right now, the workaround is for them to add media at the top, then click-hold and drag-drop them to the bottom of the page/story.

Fix rich text editor to top

The rich text editor scrolls with the rest of the text in the Story section. It's really frustrating to have to scroll back up each time I want to make an edit.

Editor tools

For one, when editing the information on my page, the paragraph/character tools are at the top and don't scroll with me. So every time I need to edit the text (center, bold, etc) I have to scroll all the way to the top, and then scroll all the way to the bottom to fix it.
