Hello everyone, we are thrilled to announce that this has feature been completed! 🎉 You are now able to create and sell ticket bundles.
Getting started with ticket bundling:
From your upcoming campaign, select Event > Tickets. If you haven't created any tickets, you'll need to do this before creating a ticket bundle.
To create a Ticket bundle, switch to the Bundles tab in the table. Select + New bundle, and add all the necessary details for your bundle.
You can track and manage all tickets and bundles using our tables, which display all the essential information needed to maintain ticket sales.
Check out this Help Center article for more in-depth instructions on how to set up bundles: https://help.givebutter.com/en/articles/9650325-internal-how-to-create-and-sell-ticket-bundles

Elaine Makikalli Is it possible to hide bundles or only make it available to a specific person — i.e., through a special code or link?
Elaine Makikalli
Johnny Lin: You have the option to create a hidden ticket or bundle that won’t be available for purchase. This can be done in the ticket or bundle settings by toggling off "Set as available."
We currently don't offer more detailed visibility settings. Elaine Makikalli Thank you! This has been really helpful! However, I noticed that the promo codes don't apply to the bundles, and I'm not finding a way to make sure the promo codes DO apply to the bundles. Can that be an option?
Elaine Makikalli
Emily Mendez Hi there, promo codes currently do not apply to bundles, only individual tickets. However, you can view and upvote the open feature request here: https://community.givebutter.com/admin/feedback/raise/p/promo-codes-for-ticket-bundles?boards=raise&search=promo%2520codes%2520for%2520bunndle

Ok our event is Oct 5th. We made the decision as a board to go ahead and use Give Butter for our ticketing to keep things more streamlined for our guests. Last three years we've used Ticketspice for our ticketing & it costs us $1/ticket. We decided to use GB this year, but not having this feature is a big confusing issue. We've always ran a buy 4 tickets get one free for our raffles, so we were determined to just make it work & enter the free ticket manually, but i haven't even found anything but a complicated way of doing that so far. Im creating a discount code to zero out the cost of the free ticket & then pretending to be the purchaser, use their contact information to "buy" the ticket. The biggest problem with this is that the receipt that the purchaser gets includes the discount code, so that makes our event vulnerable to misuse. To protect from that, I have to adjust the discount code each time I use it to prevent it from getting out to the public.

Looking forward to this functionality, event is in March 2025!

Still waiting on this feature-it's the only thing keeping us from using this platform for our raffle in October 2024!

Curious about the progress on this option. We have a fundraising event where we would like to bundle the purchase of 8 tickets and then that bundle receives 2 free tickets to our event. Is this a function that is being offered at this time?

Cherie Catron
This is very important as we give a discounted pricing for people who book an entire table & we make our raffle tickets when they buy 4, the 5th ticket is free. right now we have to run these types of tickets offline and enter them manually

Yes, please! I have an option to choose your meal with each of our event tickets. But when a full table is purchased, I dont have a way to get names or meal preferences.

Love all the work you have done on the tickets to date and look forward to this release.
Hoping this next release will include the ability to package/bundle tickets by date. We create inclusivity for marginalized actors so show tickets are one of our primary activities and methods of fundraising. We have a small venue so we have to do multiple shows on multiple dates. As is little confusing our event lasts from the 19th at 6pm to the 31st at 10pm or creating a dozen events that are all the same show.
Thank You for all your hard work, you make us look amazing!

T
Teal Plane
Jesse Saldana when you said this quarter were you referring to Q1 or Q2? I’m checking daily now.
Jesse Saldana
Teal Plane We're on track for a Q2 release.
We've finalized the dashboard changes(not released) and are getting ready to start incorporating ticket bundles into the donation flow as part of an overhaul to the events donation flow. This is a big release for us, so we'll go through a few rounds of testing and feedback internally before releasing it dashboard publicly.

Jesse Saldana whoa, this is still not deployed? Will this be released this year? We’re now getting close to Q4 and my organization was trying to move all of our transactions to this platform but can’t and have using disjointed flows using different tools like Eventbrite to get still done. Do you have a concrete date?
L
Lamont Bates
Jesse Saldana ?

hello Jesse Saldana is there an update on this one?
R

Jesse Saldana - "This Quarter" has come and gone. Can we get a realistic date. It would be very helpful if GiveButter was more transparent on expected launch dates. This roadmap and feature request is great, but falls short with vague timeframes.
