Adding feedback from ServeHAITI based on their recent silent-auction event with nearly 50 items. They need a bulk-printable, reusable auction-sign template that can be customized for in-person events.

Ideally, organizations could choose their layout and include fields such as item name, description, QR code, starting bid, bid increment, fair market value, Buy It Now price, donated by, and photo.

Neither current export fully supports this use case, so ServeHAITI had to build an external workflow to create its signs. A customizable template or drag-and-drop builder would allow organizations to create practical event signage using data already stored in Givebutter.
