Bloomerang Sync Issue with Updated Recurring Donations

We're continuing to have the BL syncing issue where, when the donor changed the recurring amount, it doesn't update in BL. So when the next donation goes to sync, the amounts are out of line and BL throws an error and won't sync the donation.

We've addressed an issue where modified recurring plans would fail to sync to Bloomerang on subsequent charges.
Because Bloomerang's API does not allow for updating plans the Bloomerang plan will be marked as ended and a new plan will be created.
To fix this issue accounts will need to run a historical sync for each campaign associated with a recurring plan. The transaction will then sync properly thereafter.
