We use Givebutter for our fundraising events and Raiser's Edge as our CRM. We also use Givebutter's SMS and email engagement features. I manually import all donations into Raiser's Edge. Additionally, I import all donor touches such as emails sent, SMS message sent, and events attended as "Actions" in Raiser's Edge to be logged under the donor profiles. This is extremely time consuming as Raiser's Edge imports are very complicated and tedious and require extensive data mapping. I would love if Givebutter could include a native integration with Raiser's Edge, not just for donations but for "Actions" (donor touches) as well. There are third party integration providers out there but they are costly and it would be preferable to not have to use additional software.

Givebutter is much more donor-friendly then Blackbaud's options - but integrating the two is still difficult. Blackbaud is focusing on Microsoft Power Automate rather than Zapier. There are 3 integrations that would be very useful to Blackbaud orgs:
1) Gift sync (including campaigns/funds/appeals)
2) Contact sync
3) Blackbaud ID SSO

Using Raiser's Edge Fields, instead of Givebutter fields, for easy import into RE upon payouts. So ideally, when downloaded from Givebutter, the csv is already formatted to immediately import into Raiser's Edge.
