Admin Reminder When Payouts Are Available

It would be helpful to have an option to send an email reminder to admins when a payout becomes available for withdrawal.
This notification would help admins stay on top of withdrawals and prevent delays in accessing funds.

I would suggest that these email payout available alerts would be much more useful if they had a trigger to only be issued when eligible payouts exceed an admin defined level - starting at 0.
Include in the email a link that takes the admin directly to the payout page (requiring login along the way for security)
