Hey, Stephen, have you looked into using Givebutter’s API to have tasks like this be automated? From what I can tell, pretty much any info Givebutter has for your organization is available to access through their API, so you can send it wherever you want, whenever you want.
Zapier is an app that can help with this if you are not familiar with coding.
