Currently, offline transactions such as check donations can only be deleted if they need to be reversed or refunded. Users would like the ability to manually update the status of offline transactions to “Refunded” instead of removing the transaction entirely.

This would help organizations maintain accurate historical records and reporting while still reflecting that the offline payment was refunded. The request specifically applies to manually entered offline transactions such as checks, cash, or other non-processed payments.
