The ability to generate a report on flagged data hygiene issues. For example, a report for board members to review and update as needed.

Currently, it's only possible to merge individual contacts. With the launch of Company contacts, it would be great to make it possible to merge these as well.

Summary: Allow Contact Insights AI summaries to be included as a column in contact export reports. What: Add the AI Summary from Contact Insights as an exportable field for contact reports, including reports filtered by tags or segments. Why: Teams want to review key donor details and the AI-generated summary in one report without manually copying information from individual contact profiles. Customer context: A customer wants to export donor names, emails, phone numbers, donation information, and Contact Insights AI summaries so their team can quickly understand each donor’s history. Impact: The current workflow requires manually copying each AI summary, which takes a significant amount of time.

Add the ability to pin contact notes to surface important donor information in the activity feed. This enables efficient collaboration and donor stewardship between users.

I need to enter Soft Credits with the same date as the associated Transaction. This feature is crucial for accurately tracking our donors' giving history and impacts our work significantly. It would be beneficial if this functionality could be added to improve our workflow.

Users would like the ability to identify which offline transactions had the “Send a receipt” option enabled during entry. This should be visible both in the dashboard and in exported reports (e.g., as a column indicating receipt status).

Have a feature specifically to dynamically display a live year-to-date (YTD) tally directly on individual donation receipts.

Users are unable to export their appeals list, and the current view has no sorting or filtering options (e.g., alphabetical). This makes it difficult to navigate, especially for orgs with many appeals. An export option with basic sorting would make it much easier to manage and reference appeal names and codes.
