It would be helpful to have a column on the Transactions page that shows whether the donor covered the processing fee and the amount they covered. Currently, this information is available through transaction exports, but not directly from the dashboard. Adding it as an optional column would make it easier to review transactions without having to export the data each time. Use case: Organizations want to quickly identify which donors covered fees and how much was covered while reviewing transactions in the dashboard.

Currently, there’s no way to see when a user was actually added to or joined a specific Givebutter account. Having visibility into this timestamp would make it easier to audit account access and understand user access changes over time. Request: Add a “Date added to account” or “Joined account” field for each user, ideally within the dashboard’s Users settings. This would provide a reliable record of when a user gained access to the account and could also help provide context when reviewing role, permission, or access changes.

Users are forced to delete or archive the custom field if they want to edit the details for the CF, since the options are grayed out. It will be helpful to campaign owners if they can edit the options without having to delete/archive the CF itself.

Admin ability to ignore contacts indefinitely.

Restore the 'Email' button on the main contact profile page. Users rely on this feature to send quick, one-off emails to individual contacts without needing to set up Engage filters or navigate to the transaction details panel

Instead of reassigning the donations to the company contact, and to prevent duplicate contacts.

The ability for admins to review user activity. This is helpful in monitoring updates and changes to campaigns, donor information, and outbound messages.

It would be helpful to trigger automations by only 1 or multiple specific ticket types being purchased. Ex- if I have GA vs VIP tickets, being able to create one automation for my GA purchasers and one for my VIP purchasers to have more relevant, targeted language in the emails and SMS messages.

User would like more granular permissions for the CRM Manager role. They want certain users to be able to access and manage Contacts/CRM, but they do not want those users to see donations, transaction amounts, or the Transactions page. Currently, CRM Managers can access the donor database but can also view donations and transactions. The user would like the ability to customize CRM Manager permissions so these users can perform CRM-related work without access to donor financial information.
