I really need the ability to have a company name instead of a first and last name. I migrated all my contacts last month. When I tried to export my names to print a newsletter I had a royal mess on my hands. I would REALLY love to have the ability to have an organization name before the next quarterly newsletter is due! Go Give Butter!

This would be most helpful when entering contacts as company rather then individual. Often, the contact person is unknown initially.

Individual vs Organization entry where first and last name are not required, just the org name with an optional contact person.

Another question, will we be able to change a contact type from individual to company, or be able to merge an individual into a company? I have a company I want to put in right now, but don't want to lose the information.

Also to be able to sort company record by the main contacts page.

Do you have an idea whether this is still on track to be deployed before the end of the year? I need to start our data migration to the platform, and being able to load at the company level would be so much easier for me (and would save me putting in a workaround which would cause more work on the backend later!!)
