I just ran into this problem as well trying to email our contacts but exclude those who have given. Please add this feature. Or a way to run compound segments. Run one segment. Create another segment. Remove one segment from the other.

Just an FYI, This is a duplicate request to one you folks have over in "Track" bucket-- Hope that bumps it up the list :) Thanks for all you do!

I just googled how to do this and found this request---that I had already previously upvoted. So... pretty please?

Also, there is a duplicate ticket for this over in the "Engage" bucket. I made a similar comment over there-- hope that helps connect them. Y'all rock!

YES! We need this option!!! It makes the tags much more functional

This is such basic functionality that I'm embarrassed to have to tell my team that there is no way to create a filter that shows, for example, contacts who have not yet contributed to a particular campaign. Is this really true, or am I missing something? I can't use 0 contributions because there are other campaigns they may have contributed to.

We need this option too

I voted for this back in January but since I'm really feeling the lack of this again today, I'm commenting in hopes that will get some extra attention!

Following up on my previous note, I was going to give the new Mailing service a try... to promote an event in Sacramento. But there's no way, that I can see, to filter the list for people who haven't bought a ticket. I'd also want to include only people who live near Sacramento.
