Manual addition of contacts to segments

I need a way to manually add a contact directly to an existing segment in the Engage dashboard. This would allow me to include contacts who have signed up for specific newsletters or campaigns, even if they haven't met the predefined criteria for the segment.

Similarly, I would like to REMOVE someone from a segment, even though they meet the requirements. There are a number of reasons why we should be able to edit people in or out of a segment.

Could you give those Contacts a Tag, then in your Segment do an "OR" and include the people with those Tag?
