With more supporter information and communications living inside Givebutter with the integrated CRM (Track) and email/text tool (Engage), it seems an integrated volunteer management tool would make sense. This would allow for supporter segmenting via Track and targeted communications via Engage to convert donors to volunteers and volunteers to donors and to be able to track and communicate with both donors and volunteers through a single platform. This could also work well with the feature request to track volunteers at fundraising events.
