Remove "there are no active campaigns" from donation form when there are none
This wording on our donation pages is confusing donors. I use Givebutter with two orgs, and it's doing it to both. Right now, we just have our main, "general" donation page. The donors think they cannot donate due to this wording, in spite of the "donate" button. Please just leave this blank if there are no campaigns.
