Export Bounced Emails to Spreadsheet
I would like to have the ability to export a list of bounced emails directly to a spreadsheet. This feature would greatly assist in cleaning up my database and tracking engagement more efficiently. Currently, I have to export all contacts and manually sort them, which is time-consuming.

Enhance Sent Items: Clickable 'Filter' to Display Last Used Criteria
Right now, the "Filter" in Sent Items isn't clickable. It would be helpful if admins could click on it to quickly see the filters used for the last sent emails. This way, they can easily check which filters were applied without needing to reselect them.
