Capture subscribe/unsubscribe timestamp in contact's timeline
Ability for admins to have a view of when a contact unsubscribed/subscribed to their Engage emails/text. This way, they will know if they have accidentally set the subscription status or if the contact did it.

Add a notification for when a contact opts out of email and/or SMS.

Tracking for clicks on CTA buttons and links in emails
The option to export data on which contacts clicked a call-to-action button or link in emails. Additionally, a way to track which specific CTA button or link was clicked in emails that contain multiple call-to-action buttons or links.
