Add Total Fees and Fees Covered to Payout History Table
Add a column for total fees and fees covered to the Payout History table. While the information can be obtained from the Payout Export, it would be nice and faster to see a summary in the table.

Ability to View Transactions in Available Funds for Withdrawal
Adding this feature would allow users to view which transactions are included in the available balance, helping them understand why certain funds are still being held and when they will be available for payout.
