ACH option to be included in offline donation tracking
The ability to track ACH as an offline donation.

Retroactively add donation to a match
If a match is added to a campaign after funds have been raised, allow the admin the optional ability to associate previous donations with the match.

Ability to turn on/off campaign custom fields
The current functionality is to archive or delete a campaign custom field. Allowing an account user to toggle it on or off will provide more flexibility and they can obtain this information more easily.
