It would be helpful to allow organizations to automatically save a contact when a supporter texts a keyword to their SMS number. For example, a nonprofit could share a message like: “Text 'Keyword' to our number to receive updates.” When someone texts the keyword, Givebutter could: Automatically create a contact in the organization’s Contacts list Mark the contact as SMS subscribed This would allow nonprofits to easily grow their SMS list through keyword opt-ins from social media, events, or community outreach, without needing to manually add contacts or collect them through forms first.
